Meet Our Skilled Doctor
Dr. Katelyn Lang, DVM, hails from Tulsa, Oklahoma, where her love for animals blossomed early on. Growing up, she immersed herself in the world of hunter-jumper horse shows, competing at the national level. It was during her time at the University of Arkansas that Dr. Lang’s passion for veterinary medicine took root when one of her cherished horses required hospitalization at a specialty facility in Oklahoma.
Prior to pursuing veterinary school, Dr. Lang accumulated eight years of comprehensive experience in various veterinary settings, from general small animal practices to esteemed referral hospitals specializing in equine and small animal care. These diverse experiences profoundly influenced her career trajectory and solidified her commitment to delivering top-tier veterinary care.
Dr. Lang obtained her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from Oklahoma State University in 2022. She is deeply devoted to empowering her team, serving as a valuable resource to the central Arkansas community, and educating clients to enhance the well-being of their pets.
Outside of her professional endeavors, Dr. Lang is a dedicated pet parent to two dogs: Rufus, a 4-year-old Anatolian Pyrenees mix, and Bentley, a 14-year-old Lab mix. When she’s not tending to animals, she enjoys attending sporting events, with a particular enthusiasm for never missing a Razorback game.
